add dates to changelog in the readme file

Dates are very helpful in understanding how active a project is or when the last version update happened. The readme has dates but they stop with the 1.0 release.

Edit: Noticed you started using tags from 1.0 on. Hmm, maybe link to those in the readme as they have a date? 🤔

OT: is this template effort separate from https://github.com/loma-one/friendica_Template/commits/main/? Or why is it developed in two separate locations is what I am trying to ask.

PS: Thanks for this template - it adds a much needed breeze of fresh air to friendica UI.
