Add validation for the kickstart file

Issue

The Kickstart file currently works, but it isn't linted or validated in any way. Kickstart files can be validated using the ksvalidate tool bundled with pykickstart. There may also be other interesting tools there.

Proposal

Add a CI job that runs ksvalidate against the file.
