Hotfix: Gitlab CI and Ansible updates

Gitlab CI in combination with Ansible got a few problems as well as deprecation warnings right now. This issue should fix most of this for now.

Work on this issue should be done by going through the CI logs as well as recent problems with CI/CD and Ansible and fixing as much as possible in a minimal time frame.
