Enchanting Memorial armor

Please implement a "Safe" way to enchant an armor,with choosing the enchant you want or atleast lower the categories,i've spent atleast 30 million just to try and get myself the enchant of my choice,but i have yet to get it,i do understand that it's normal to spend zenies in this,but to spend over 30 million for one enchant is too much
