Launcher doesn't work after activating Windows 10 Pro

I was testing hardware on a new computer. Once everything was running correctly, I activated the Windows Pro account that was already running. Now launcher says it cannot run my version of software??? I went to play Raft on my laptop and I am getting errors there now as well - the launcher is not working and I made no changes there. HELP!
