Indicate most recent station in action bar when external player is enabled

The active station is shown in the action bar only for the internal player. When using an external player the station is not always preserved in the title bar, may not be displayed by default, or the player could simply be minimized. If you have multiple similar stations, you may not remember which is playing when you want to switch.
