Updating default scenario and applying liquid-dsp patches
Updates the default scenario to heat-dutycycle, and sets the default match duration time to 30s. Also applies liquid-dsp patches listed below.
There was an update in liquid-dsp about two days ago which patches cause the docker build to break. This commit updates the patches.
