Add proxy headers to live server

When using proxy with live server, the cli should add proxy headers so the server know the source request URI.

This are headers as defined in typical nginx configuration :

• proxy_set_header Host $host;
• proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
• proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
• proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
