normalize weighted acquisitions with respect to acq duration

Explanation of changes

WeightedIntegratedComplex and NumericalWeightedIntegratedComplex currently do not normalize the integrated acquisitions with respect to the acquisition duration as SSBIntegrationComplex does. This change makes these acquisitions normalize as well.
