Tutorial on how to make a schedule and interact with control flow.

This issue was spawned from !71 (merged).

Currently, the main tutorial of quantify scheduler does cover how to generate a schedule, but we should have a tutorial on how to create schedule generating functions as a user, what the options are and what good design choices are.

This also relates to #66 (closed)
