hybrid circuit visualization

Currently there is a circuit diagram visualization and a pulse level visualization. As one of the main use-cases of the quantify sequencer/scheduler is mixing pulse and gate level descriptions it would be good if we are able to create a hybrid visualization.

The obvious use case here is the Chevron experiment.
