Mismatch between documentation strings and operators in X90,X,Y90,Y

The rotation unitaries in the gate library do not seem to be correctly documented, the R_X operator seems to be confused with the X pauli gate and so forth. I propose that the correct unitaries should be added and unit tests can be written to make sure this stays correct.
