ZI backend fails to upload csv file waveforms
When compiling in the UHFQA ZI backend, the format for the ic_{device_name} has changed. Waveforms fail to be uploaded now since there is some hardcoded stuff going on.
Issue is related to !312 (merged) and !333 (merged)
