Update [01/11/2021] - Moved and renamed milestone to 1.0 since this is the most significant feature we expect to be implemented by the end of this year (2021). Had a look at the original v1.0 milestone, and have already migrated important and low hanging issues there.

Goal define the quantify dataset v2 and propagate all the necessary changes through out the repo.

Tracking issue for this milestone have been added with adequate blocking/blocked-by relation-ships.
