Create an interactive data browser

Description

Related to #92 (closed) and also possibly #203. We need a good data visualization package in order for users to easily inspect the dataset. Possible solution is jupyterlab voyager.

Motivation

We need to be able to explore the dataset in more ways than just manually expanding the xarray outputs.
