Create a jupyter-lab extension for realtime visualization

Description

In an effort to replace PyQT5, we can create a jupyter-lab extension to replace the PyQT5 module which plotmon is based on. Maybe the jupyterlab voyager extension is a reasonable place to start?

Motivation

PyQT5 is a hassle during installation and compatibility across multiple OSes.
