      Some highly driven cases with large growth rates had too large Newton steps and jumped to the stable zone, exiting the solver with zero growth rate output.
      
      Newton step is reduced by factor 5 for highly driven edge cases.
      
      jetto_par03 is updated: more modes are now found for the edge radius there

      Bugfix contour for strongly driven cases · 607a005e

      Previously, for strongly driven cases, the contour maximum was
      increased. Unfortunately, the maximum allowed limit of growth rate
      wasn't increased accordingly. That is because the max growth rate limit
      was based on the original contour limit calculation, but the
      modification to the contour itself then happened at a later stage.
      
      The code was modified to maintain consistency between the contour
      maximum and maximum allowed growth rate calculation for the strongly
      driven cases. In addition, the logic is set up to allow a separate
      contour modification for ion and electron modes if deemed necessary in
      later investigations.
