Forums Landing Page - Mobile Formatting Issues

On the main forums landing page, the formatting does not allow for clickable links to be selectable in mobile browsers.

In Firefox, Safari, and Edge on iOS, the links are outside of view or unreadable leading to a degraded experience.

Possible fix if forums descriptions are removed as they are self explanatory, or the view itself must dynamically resize like a CSS stylesheet.
