parisc: SEABIOS_HPPA_VERSION 5

New features and fixes:

* Fixed SeaBIOS PS/2 keyboard support.

  This now allows to use the qemu "-boot menu=on" option to start the
  firmware boot selection menu and provide a working menu with keyboard on
  serial (qemu "-nographic" option) and PS/2 keyboard (qemu "-graphic"
  option) on graphical screen.
