MicroMIPS and MIPS16e Support

Goal

I think this is a feature request? I've been trying to use QEMU to emulate my mips32r2 binary that was compiled with microMIPS but it segfaults the moment it reaches my main() function. Same thing happens with a binary that uses MIPS16e. A quick search on the Internet and QEMU codebase has shown some files relating to microMIPS and MIPS16e support, but not a whole lot. So honestly I can't tell if microMIPS and MIPS16e are meant to be supported or not. If they're not officially supported, this is a feature request for them to be supported. If they are supported, then I can make this a bug request and provide more details.
