Even after setting the IP address manually pinging 10.0.2.2 timeouts. The same thing happens on HP-UX 11.11 and NetBSD 9.1, but not on Gentoo Linux (install-hppa-minimal-20191101T093009Z.iso), where everything works as expected. When running OpenBSD/hppa on real hardware (HP Visualize C3750) it also works fine.
