arm/raspi.c - incease memory limit

Goal

Permit 4G of memory

extend the 4B type to permit up to 4GB of memory

I can attempt to make a PR that increases this limit, but not sure if others would find it useful.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
