Add support for the 1366x768 resolution to the -vga std output

Goal

QEMU should support a guest resolution of 1366x768. For the best experience, I prefer to run VMs in fullscreen and at the native resolution of the host display. 1366x768 happens to be the native resolution of my laptop, HP 15-b0xx.

Technical details

With -vga std, the Windows XP guest allows a wide range of resolutions, both lower and higther than 1366x768, so it may be matter of adding an entry to the list of supported graphical modes in the driver.

Additional information

There is a Debian issue about it back from 2013. The is also a 2024 thread thread about it on the qemu-user mailing list.

I failed to make it a feature reqeust by keeping the template text
/label ~"kind::Feature Request"
at the end of the message: Gitlab removes it automatically.
