AArch32 Arm CPUs no longer support the 'vfp' property

It looks like in commit 4315f7c6 "target/arm: Restructure has_vfp_d32 test" we accidentally stopped creating the "vfp" property on the CPU object for CPUs that don't have ARM_FEATURE_AARCH64. This means it's no longer possible to disable VFP on those CPU types.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
