Browse qcow2 image contents and add/remove files

Hello everybody.

I need to copy some files inside a qcow2 image from my Hard Drive, but I can't find any suitable way to do so.

I'm using Windows 10 and Googling I found directions to do it with Linux.

Please, can you help me?
