convd on arm tcg test fails on arm64 (Apple M1)

Running make check-tcg` on an arm64 (Apple M1) running Debian testing fails:

  TEST    convd on arm
  DIFF    float_convd.out with tests/tcg/arm/float_convd.ref
Files float_convd.out and tests/tcg/arm/float_convd.ref differ
