linux-user build broken on 32-bit ppc

Ever since 9d1401b7, build of linux-user on 32-bit powerpc has been broken, beacuse the ppc host-signal.h was deleted for some reason.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
