Install instructions for Ubuntu list package that has no installation candidate

I've followed the instructions on how to install QEMU on Ubuntu and got a error "E: Package 'qemu' has no installation candidate"

The instructions are these

Error:

$ sudo apt-get install qemu

Environment:

$ uname -a
