Automatically remove members who never paid their first membership fee

According to our statutes, the membership starts with receiving the first membership fee. But some members never pay. Consequently, after 6 months we'll erase them from our database. This should be done by a daily cron job, checking if there is any member who did not pay his/her first fee since 6 months.
