py-execute-buffer and saved state
When calling C-c C-c, ‘py-execute-buffer’ at a buffer, which has a saved state but changed, the saved version is executed, not the changed buffer.
Suggest introducing a customizable boo lean ‘py-save-changed-buffers-silently-p’
Default ‘py-save-changed-buffers-silently-p’ to nil, while giving a message WRT customization?
In case of nil, execute the saved buffer, not the changed one?
