EOL RLink Settings Process - Telegram Bot Pyren not working

I'm facing the "Unconfigured device. Please add EOL settings" error problem with my Fluence and I'm following the instructions for executing the macro via Pyren, but when using the bot on Telegram (t.me/pyren_bot), providing the VIN, the bot does not respond with the files, it just informs that the data is ready.
