auto-updater: update both Provides and BuildRequires sections

The script wasn't considering the addition of new modules in both Fedora and RHEL lab.spec files and neither the update of known modules in BuildRequires for the Fedora version. This MR adds the code for both cases and also simplify some default values assignment.
