Case:

• The future of Free Pascal GTK3 Libs is unknown for now, because of it's slow development (Started as of lazarus 1.4, now on 2.1, not yet finished - still on Alpha State)

• Qt5 is being used in KDE Plasma / LxQt / Trinity / DDE (Deepin) and runs on many others, because such Libs have been developed,so maybe a shift to it will give a further life for this project, in the long term. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qt_(software) & https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Uniform_look_for_Qt_and_GTK_applications

• Both Versions, will be kept, up to the point that there will be no GTK3 Libs Development, or there is any problem with GTK2 Libs (i.e. incompatible or difficult to be installed, e.t.c.)

• Extra PKBUILDS with a new AUR Repository and Generic files, have to be created.
