WIP: Implementing client connection for swap.

Listen for a new intent, show a screen to the user mentioning
they are about to start a swap. Refactored the part of ManageRepos
which parses the intent into RepoIntentParser. This allows both
ManageRepos and also ConfirmReceiveSwapFragmeng can understand
intents designed to add new repos.
