Fix a misleading variable name or two

The variable name pulsar-delay can mislead the user (raises hand). Yes, the user can read the documentation (to find the word "duration" instead of "delay"), but we could perhaps also improve the naming. One way to clarify:

  • pulsar-delay -> pulsar-pulse-duration
  • pulsar-iterations -> pulsar-pulse-count
