Mismatch of Package-Requirement

Hi,

Both modus-operandi-theme.el and modus-vivendi-theme.el have the following

Package-Requires: ((emacs "26.1"))

Though modus-themes.el has: Package-Requires: ((emacs "27.1"))

Even though I believe it is just a forgotten version requirement, I thought they require a bit TLC
