Extend helm-resume-need-update

Hi,

helm-resume-need-update is a face defined in helm-occur.el within the Helm package. It can be seen when resuming a previous helm-occur session with helm-resume after the buffer where helm-occur was run has some changes in it.

Without :extend t, the flashing red signalling the out-of-date state of the helm-occur buffer has the "usual" problem of not extending beyond the end of each line.

This is an absolutely non-blocking issue, if it even can be labelled as one, because helm-occur is usable anyway. Just wanted to make you aware of it. :)
