Validate if DSP contracts can be legally binding

One of the most important comments from Kai M and Juanjo H. in last call was that there is a limitation about DSP that was not designed to generate legally binding and "opposable" contracts, but more focused on peer-to-peer contract negotiation based on private key signature (can be self-issued), not on EU legally binding signature protocols.

We should investigate the underlying limitations.

Or what could be the alternatives?
