Create dynamic gait button on input device

Context / Problem to solve

We are pretty far in the steps to process a pointcloud. This should be coupled to an input device button.

6 new buttons:

• dynamic single step stairs up
• dynamic single step stairs down
• dynamic ramp up
• dynamic ramp down
• dynamic sit down
• dynamic stand up
