build failure compiling top against netbsd-curses
tparm() is traditionally a function accepting a char* and 9 long params, however ncurses allows/forces it to be used as a variadic function as syntactic sugar. top.c uses it only in a 2-argument form, which breaks compilation with netbsd-curses[0].
