build failure compiling top against netbsd-curses
tparm() is traditionally a function accepting a char* and 9 long params, however ncurses allows/forces it to be used as a variadic function as syntactic sugar. top.c uses it only in a 2-argument form, which breaks compilation with netbsd-curses.
please consider merging the patch linked below that uses the more compatible 10-argument form that is compatible with all existing curses implementations. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sabotage-linux/sabotage/87d7c5358f2aca1dd179c0ae58ea2c69da1f5dc8/KEEP/procps-ng-netbsd-curses.patch
