patch for CVE-2018-1121

I am not clear from 3.3.15 release note on CVE-2018-1121. As per qualys report everything addressed in https://www.qualys.com/2018/05/17/procps-ng-audit-report-patches.tar.gz. Please conform if the CVE addressed in 3.3.15.
