Default `top` interface settings are inaccessible and require user configuration
The default top
interface settings introduced with 3.3.10 use low-contrast colours and do not honour terminal colour settings, so representing a block to accessibility. They also require users to configure the software before it can be used in the expected manner (show a list of processes using CPU time).
This can be worked around with the --disable-modern-top
configure flag but it would be nice if the defaults worked for all users out-of-the-box.
Please consider reverting to the defaults as implemented by --disable-modern-top
.
