Feature Request: 256 colour support for watch-command.

It seems that watch is unable to render output with 256 colours.
It would be great if watch could render 256 ansi colours, since modern tools often utilise the full range of 256 colours. Trying to watch commands which display 256 colours leads to a fallback to 2 colours, ultimately making watch uncompatible with these tools.
