Support a force color protocol

I find myself typing commands like' watch --color cmd --color enabledand would like to reduce that to justwatch—-color cmd`. Some commands will notice they are not writing to a regular console and will disable the colors. But I still want to see them, so I need to force-enable them both in watch and in cmd.

I'm thinking of having the option to watch to add an environment variable FORCE_COLOR=1 that can be added to the commands and have them check that and enable colors. Maybe even make watch obey that. Then I can just set the environment variable once and get the colors always. Having them always may become a usability pain since I do redirect to files as well, which is why I would like to be able to limit it to the watch utility itself.
