Remove media-sound/rsound because its last commit was in 2013 and the
ebuild has too many problems right now.  Furthermore, I'm not convinced
of its usefulness, since a program needs to send data using the rsound
protocol in order for the server to be useful (there is a stdin example
client, but who transfers raw PCM data via stdio?).

Remove media-libs/libffado in favor of the versions in the main portage
tree.

Remove media-sound/promoe because its last commit was in 2010, and it
requires Qt4.

Add a new revision bump that contains many fixes.  Of note is the patch
(from
https://github.com/njh/jackminimix/commit/b529bb3affc951d68229c32d7d3ea4dd844db0bc),
which is lacking the final hunk, because the perl/ subdirectory of the
source repository is missing in the distribution tarball.

(firewire support), I don't have the time or knowledge to get the
differences migrated away from this overlay.  So I have opted for

Remove media-sound/lash and revdeps, simply because LASH as such has
been unmaintained for many years now and has replacements (e.g.,
LADISH).  All of the reverse dependencies removed in this commit are
unmaintained, and have been for a while:

- qjackmmc/jackctlmmc: no new version since 2011, the GUI depends on Qt4
- glashctl: no new version since 2011, and that was the first bugfix
  release since 2007
- sweep: no new version since 2008
- smack: no new version since 2006 (!)
- epichord: last commit in 2009
- abraca: no new version since 2014, depended on xmms2-git (there has
  been some light commit activity, though); it doesn't help that the
  xmms2 website is broken at the moment
- esperanza: depends on Qt4, homepage non-existent, last commit in 2010
- fsthost: completely horrible build system, I refuse to maintain this
- tapeutape: no new version since 2008
