[Bug] Incorrect Battery Charge Value

• Distro: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
• CPU Arch: 64 bit
• battinfo version: 0.2.0

Description

when i run the battinfo cli tool , i got the proper result except the CHARGE indicator , the CHARGE capacity showing indicator just showing the constant result as 0%
