kde/plasma*: update to 5.14.5

Tested on Qemu amd64. Everything built and ran successfully.

Even better, applications start in full-screen again! 🎉

I've also removed Elisa from the default installation of Plasma Mobile. We had 2 music players included which doesn't make sense, and vvave is actually made with a focus on mobile.
