Various Issues in Plasma Mobile applications

• Spacebar (SMS application): segfaults at startup #434 (closed)
• KTrip: Station list doesn't load (I have "Verkehrsverbund Ostregion (VOR)" and "Österreichische Bundesbahnen (ÖBB)" activated
• Angelfish: websites don't load (qtwebengine problem apparently)
• Trojita: starts but it's not usable on the small screen (during identity configuration the save button is not visible)
• Terminal: no "Ctrl" modifier available
• Camera: not working with PinePhone camera #421 (closed)
• vvave: Music plays, YouTube integration doesn't find anything, adding music sources seems to work but they disappear again
• Maui applications in general take much longer to start than non-Maui applications
• Itinerary: Fails to import reservations ("0 reservations imported.") Actually works fine, my pdf didn't actually have the travel info, importing the .mbox file works fine and I have my trip to Brussels in there now :)
• Phone: works fine
• Kookbook: works fine (https://phabricator.kde.org/D26353 makes it better though 🙂 )
