Packages required in alpine stable tracking issue

The goal is to build a postmarketOS release on the next Alpine Linux stable release (3.11), so we have a stable version to run on the upcoming PinePhone (and later other devices). This means the packages we require need to be either in the main and community repos of Alpine, or we need to keep a version of them in our own repository. Preferably we go with the first option, so we're tracking the packages here that are still in testing that need to be moved.

For Plasma this Alpine Linux issue is relevant. The last blocker preventing it to be moved to the community repos currently is https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=411520.
