Adds initial support for the PINE64 Pinebook Pro

Todo:

• fix wifi
• fix u-boot so it can boot from eMMC
• fix displayport output
• add bluetooth firmware
• test audio and make config
• hwdb key mappings for the keyboard
• figure out modules for initramfs display
